UK Leadership Team
Martin joined Ayming UK (formerly Alma CG) in 2011, following previous roles with Achilles, Dell and IBM. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Justin Arnesen has been enabling businesses of all sizes to claim R&D tax incentives since 2008, having worked in South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and most recently the UK. His professional experience has included time at both KPMG and Deloitte.
Alejandro joined Ayming UK in 2016 to lead the Operations Performance practice, which primarily focuses on procurement performance, working capital and operational efficiency. He has previously held senior roles at Efficio and Henkel, and holds an MBA from the European School of Management & Technology.
Patrick Totty has nearly 15 years' business development experience, and has spent the last 8 years specialising in R&D tax. He holds a degree in History of Art from the University of Manchester.
Lucy Blanchard joined Ayming in 2015 to lead the UK marketing function, having previously held international marketing roles with Aston Martin Lagonda and Rhead Group (now part of Costain Group). She holds a degree in History of Art from the University of Warwick and is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
Nicole Wilson has worked for Ayming UK since 2009. Having originally joined as an R&D tax consultant, she subsequently transferred into Finance and has been managing the department since 2015. Nicole has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Reading and is due to complete her ACCA qualifications in 2016.

President of Ayming
Hervé Amar holds a diploma in Business Management and Analysis. Formerly the Director General of F-Initiatives, he became Director of Innovation Funding at Ayming in 2001. He was named Director General in 2008, before becoming President of Ayming in January 2014.
International Director Northern Region
Carlos Bofill is a graduate of UPV School of Law, San Sebastian, Spain; he also holds a Masters of Law from the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He started his career at Lowendal España in 1998 as founder of the first foreign subsidiary of Lowendal. Between 2002 and 2007 he was appointed General Manager for Southern Europe in the Lowendal group. Following the 2008 merger of Lowendal and Masai, he became Director of International Lowendalmasaï. In January 2016, following the merger of Alma Consulting Group and Lowendalmasaï, he was appointed International Director for the Northern Region of Ayming, which covers Germany, Belgium, Canada, Hungary, Great Britain, Japan, Poland and the Czech Republic.
