Ayming shortlisted for transformation programme at Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services focusing on value delivery, digitalisation and designing a fit for purpose, scalable procurement function.
The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) holds an annual awards show to celebrate and recognise the best in the procurement and supply chain sector.
Ayming has been shortlisted in the ‘Procurement Consultancy Project of the year’ category for our work with Sodexo BRS and their “Fit for the Future” programme. Sodexo launched their “Fit for the Future” programme to transform their own internal processes and deliver against ambitious digitalisation and efficiency targets. Ayming was enlisted to help tackle a major stream of the programme: procurement.
Ayming was engaged to assess global procurement operations, identify and quantify potential opportunities, and to design and implement a transformation programme that focused on value delivery, digitalisation and designing a fit for purpose, scalable procurement function.
The award submission focused on the dramatically improved international stakeholder buy-in for procurement and consistent enthusiastic feedback from Sodexo stakeholders.
Paul Fodor, Project Lead: Fit for the Future at Sodexo BRS, said: “The project has had overwhelmingly positive feedback from within the business and the confidence gained at C-suite level across the organisation has meant that Ayming has become one of our most indispensable assets. This trust is crucial as we remain committed to educating the business on the importance of procurement, with support from Ayming.”
Alejandro Alvarez, Partner: Operations Performance at Ayming, said: “We are extremely proud of the collaboration and results delivered with our client Sodexo BRS, especially the creation of a global Procurement Centre of Excellence that started to have an impact from day one. Being shortlisted for a CIPS 2020 Excellence in Procurement Award is an honour as this reflects not only the success of this particular engagement, but also the value that we at Ayming strive to create with all our clients.”
