R&D Tax Credits

Helping Malvern Cosmeceutics with substantial claims for significant industry R&D

“Ayming UK has carried out some excellent work which has resulted in significant financial benefits for the company, whilst requiring minimal time or resource from ourselves.  They have helped us to understand HMRC’s R&D Tax Relief scheme, and to ensure we are making robust and accurate claims."

-  Dr Steve Tonge, Managing Director, Malvern Cosmeceutics

The Projects

Malvern Cosmeceutics developed its proprietary Lipodisq® technology for use in dermal delivery of oily or hydrophobic actives within the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Innovations were found across numerous other projects within the Malvern Cosmeceutic portfolio, including:

Identifying & Claiming Eligible R&D Tax Benefits

A skin whitening product for treating hyperpigmentation (melasma) - A significant amount of R&D was carried out to develop a highly effective and safe product that could be sold within the Japanese market.

A topical application for Botox utilising Malvern Cosmeceutics’ Lipodisq® technology - Considerable R&D was conducted to develop the solution, which was designed to remove the need for injections, and resulted in a substantial advance within the industry.

And How We Helped...
