What you’re looking for:
If you’re looking for an opportunity to shine, then you’ve come to the right place. You’ll get the best of both worlds at Ayming, with the credentials of a top tier consulting firm and the entrepreneurial spirit and culture of a boutique specialist.
We value drive, determination and a desire to learn, and are proud to have helped to develop many individuals within our teams based on their own merit. We’ve been able to offer the kind of opportunities to achieve promotions and progress careers that are few and far between in other consultancy firms.
We’ll give you the tools and experience to work towards your long-term career goals, and can offer you genuine independence and the chance to prove yourself as part of a vibrant and growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of exciting clients, from FTSE 100 firms through to dynamic start-ups.
Naturally, we’re committed to working hard for our clients, but we like to make sure we have a good time while we’re doing it. Here at Ayming UK, a positive attitude and a sense of humour goes a long way!
What we’re looking for:
If you’re a bright, hardworking and independent individual then we want to hear from you! An analytical mind is a must, along with the ability to articulate yourself effectively and be convincing in your communication.
Our teams are empowered to take ownership of their work, delivering exceptional results for clients and making a genuine contribution to the growth and success of the UK business. We are therefore looking for people with energy, enthusiasm, and who enjoy working with colleagues and clients from a variety of different backgrounds and professional disciplines.
Whether you’re an undergraduate, graduate or an experienced professional, we will consider any degree background but are generally most interested in those from a technical background such as Engineering, Business, Economics or Science.
Apprentices & Undergraduates:
We are always delighted to hear from both school leavers wanting to become apprentices at Ayming, as well as undergraduate students looking to undertake internships or sandwich year placements (a year in industry). Send us your CV today!
If you have a 2:1 or 1st from a top tier university, enjoy working with people, and relish a good challenge then a career at Ayming UK could be for you. You’ll have visibility with Directors and senior management; and when you go that extra mile, you’ll get the recognition you deserve.
We are happy to take university leavers throughout the year, not just at those inflexible start dates you’ll find at so many consultancies, so get in touch and send us a copy of your CV.
We’re always on the lookout for the brightest and best talent to join our UK consultancy teams. Ayming can offer you structured development and career progression. We are constantly growing and so there is always room for upwards movement and the development of new ideas.
If you have professional experience across any of the following disciplines then we would love to hear from you:

- Software Engineering or Computer Science
