Sasha joined Ayming in early 2025, coming from a client services background working with mid-cap private equity firms. She oversees relationships with several private equity partners and serves as a trusted advisor on innovation incentive strategies across their portfolio companies. By optimising access to these incentives, Sasha helps deliver tangible EBIT uplifts, enhance portfolio valuations, and drive long-term value creation. She holds an MSc in Psychology and an MSc in International Management.
