Iliass is Ayming’s R&D Senior Manager in the Software and IT team, bringing over eight years of experience in R&D incentives. Before joining Ayming, he led IT and software projects at Leyton, supporting innovative businesses across the tech sector. With a BSc in Computer Science from Al Akhawayn University, Iliass combines technical expertise with strategic insight to help clients maximise the value of their innovation activities.
