We recruit talent at all levels: ambitious and curious early-career professionals, autonomous experienced experts, and strategic senior leaders. Joining Ayming means working on exciting projects, thriving in a collaborative environment, and fully developing your potential.
The process may include one or more interviews with our HR and operational teams. Depending on the role, there may also be exercises or case studies to evaluate your skills. Each step is explained, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Candidates typically hear back within 2–3 weeks via our application platform Smartrecruiter. You will receive information at each step of the process.
After an interview, the recruitment team reviews your application and evaluates how well your profile matches the role’s requirements. We may organize additional interviews if needed, for example with other team members or managers. You will receive feedback after each interview and be informed about the next steps. Once a decision is made, we will contact you to share the outcome about your application and you can always contact us to get information.
