Ayming experts present at CommBeBiz 2017 conference
Dr Caroline Elston & Lucy Blanchard presented at this year's annual conference for the EU bioeconomy research community run by CommBeBiz.
We were delighted to work with CommBeBiz, an EC-funded communications programme dedicated to bridging the gap between business and bioeconomy research (food, agriculture, fisheries, forestry & biotechnology). This year's annual conference, Bioeconomy Impact 2017, brought together researchers, academics and businesses to London for a 2-day series of talks and meetings in several iconic locations, including Portcullis House and Europe House.
Our European Grants Manager, Caroline Elston, ran a series of workshops on 'Better Business Planning', designed to provide high-level training to researchers, scientists and academics on how to successfully commercialise their innovation. Download our 'Better Business Planning' handout here.
Our Head of Marketing, Lucy Blanchard, also delivered a practical session on how innovation projects can benefit from using marketing communications principles and 'storytelling' to improve the way they promote their work to a wider audience. View her slides here.
