Continuous feedback

At the end of each assignment or project, a review is carried out between managers and employees. Continuous improvement in the way we work is essential, and we have set up a culture of open feedback that allows us to quickly identify the successes and potential of each employee.

Together we create a progress plan to guarantee your future success. In addition to these regular catch-ups, each ‘Aymer’ has a review to formalise their training, development or vocational retraining needs.

Each year, everyone takes part in a company-wide review to help shape the Group’s HR plan. It’s important that we balance performance at work with personal well-being. Our People Review makes sure that we all play our part in Ayming’s wider performance. By identifying and celebrating our Aymers’ skills and talent, we continuously reinvent our organisation to make it more successful for us and our clients.

Do you have a professional goal or idea for your development? Once you have two years continuous service, and with the support of your manager, you can take part in the ‘Boss of my work life’ programme. We believe in our colleagues and want to listen to what they want their next professional steps to be. Get started by presenting your idea to the Regional Career Committee. If successful, your next step is to present your project to the Group Career Committee where a personalised itinerary will be designed to help you achieve your goal. You suggest, we support.
